Personal Training
Training sessions will be customized based on your specific goals, and constantly adapted as you continue to make progress. In addition to the workout, sessions will bring awareness on improving your daily movement, nutrition, recovery and sleep. Different training modalities include kettle bells, dumbbells, medicine balls, agility tools and bands - keeping sessions fresh and fun. Session options include:

1 on 1 training, family training or training with a small group of friends.

Train On Your Turf: I bring the gym to you, transforming any room in your house into a workout room, from garage to living room. Other options include outdoor venues if preferred!

Training sessions typically last one hour, unless otherwise agreed upon.
